Attended a conference from 5/19/23 – 5/23/23 in Chicago called National Restaurant Association. It was a large gathering of foodservice industry professionals ranging from everything food related to how restaurants operate. I went with my manager to explore all the latest different technologies being used within the foodservice industry and networked with vendors to see if their solutions can enhance my company NBCUniversal. I still have in contact many vendors who specialize in back of house systems to AI robots and will continue to explore and work with them for my company needs.
