We had a business requirement where an approval process needed to be recorded when a new asset was going to be entered in our Maximo system.  When a user wants to enter a new asset, it first needs to be submitted as a request and then approved by a Tech Services Team, Maximo Team, and then finalized by the Quality Team.  Once approved, it can finally go through our Maximo system. We leveraged Microsoft Power Apps for the interface, Power Automate for business logic, and SharePoint to store data.  The flow begins when a user first submits their request in Power Apps and then Power Automate sends emails to the appropriate teams for approval while being recorded in SharePoint.  This was a good start learning Microsoft’s Power Platform!  Now I just need to leverage Power BI for statistics and reports on requests.  🙂
